Who we are

Unique Driveways MK Ltd, a limited company with its registered office at Unit 28, 548-550 Elder House, Elder Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 1LR. What we collect

When you ask for a quote on this site, by phone or by WhatsApp, we collect:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your postcode, and later your full address if we come to measure;
• what the job is, roughly how big it is, and any notes you give us;
• any photos you send us of the drive or garden;
• your email address, if you give it.

If you go ahead with a job we also keep the quote, the invoice and the guarantee paperwork.

Why we collect it

• To ring you back, visit and give you a written quote. This is what you asked for.
• To carry out the job, invoice it and honour the guarantee afterwards.
• To keep the records a limited company has to keep for tax and accounts.

We do not use your details for marketing. We do not sell, rent or swap your details with anyone.

Who sees it

Terry and the team who work on your job. Our website host and email delivery provider process submitted enquiries so they can reach us. Draft answers stay in your browser tab until you submit them. Our accountant sees invoices. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

If you message us on WhatsApp or email us, that message also passes through WhatsApp or your email provider, under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

If you ask for a quote and do not go ahead, we delete your details once the quote has lapsed and we no longer need them. If you go ahead, we keep the job records for as long as the guarantee runs and as long as tax law says we must keep invoices, which is normally six years. Photos you send are deleted with the rest.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site does not set cookies and Google Analytics is not currently enabled. Quote form progress is kept in this browser tab while you complete your enquiry. Campaign information from the link you followed may be included with your request so we can understand where enquiries come from. The cookies page explains this storage.

The lettering on this site is served from our own site. Your browser does not connect to any other company to show it.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can:

• ask for a copy of what we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for tax or the guarantee;
• object to how we use it;
• complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you think we have got it wrong.

Changes

If we change this notice we will change the date at the top. This version is dated 27 September 2026.
