Do I need to be in when Terry visits?
It helps for a driveway, because he will want to talk through the shape, the edging and where the water goes. For a patio or a wall you need to be in so he can see the garden. Weekdays or Saturdays are both fine.
How long does a quote take?
Terry visits usually within a few days of you asking. On the visit he measures, checks what is under the existing surface and where the drains are, and talks through materials. You then get the written price with a start date and a day count.
